Ideal for an intimate stay, this part of the house includes a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine area with a foosball table, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on the ground floor, the other upstairs).
For groups and longer stays, our cottage offers flexible spaces, comfortable bathrooms, and secure private parking. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure your stay in Sarlat in the Périgord Noir is unforgettable, combining relaxation, comfort, and authenticity.
The House
Le Clos de Sarlat reveals a superb living space with a cathedral ceiling, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Large bay windows open directly onto the terraces, garden, and pool, creating a perfect harmony between indoors and outdoors.
Upstairs, the mezzanine area houses a foosball table, to the delight of both young and old. A spacious kitchen, designed by a skilled cabinetmaker and enhanced by a heat-resistant quartzite countertop, provides an elegant and functional setting for your preparations. It is equipped with near-professional-quality appliances: an induction hob with a retractable hood, a fan-assisted refrigerator, a wine cellar, a dishwasher, a conventional oven, and a microwave. In addition, there are many small, practical amenities (coffee maker and percolator, kettle, toaster, citrus press, blender, chopper, sandwich maker, etc.).
Everything is provided so you can cook and enjoy the Périgord Noir products purchased at the local markets.

Borrèze Suite (ground floor, accessible from the living room)
Equipped with a king-size bed (180×200 cm), this suite also features a dressing room, a chest of drawers, and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large vanity, a sink, and a separate toilet.
Coly Suite (upstairs)
This spacious suite offers a king-size bed (180×200 cm), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a small desk, ideal for working if needed. It also benefits from a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The Pool and Garden
A swimming pool with a furnished terrace equipped with deckchairs.
If you choose to rent La Périgourdine only, you have exclusive use of the garden
and swimming pool. The other part of the house remains simply closed and unoccupied, guaranteeing your
peace and complete privacy.
Dogs that respect the premises and furniture are welcome with a supplement of €75
SERVICES INCLUDED
For your comfort, all rooms are air-conditioned.
And the swimming pool is heated from May to September. For added security, it is equipped with a roller shutter and an access door.
Bed linens, towels, bath linens, and pool towels are provided.
Wi-Fi, LCD TV, and DVD player.
Hairdryers are available in each room.
Private parking located within the property can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles. An
adjoining barn is also available to store your bicycles and motorcycles.
